Lisa Stump

Lisa Stump serves as Chief Digital Information Officer of the Mount Sinai Health System and Dean for Information Technology of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Lisa plays a key role in planning and directing the oversight of the enterprise digital and data ecosystem, driving innovation and ensuring cutting-edge performance by exploring new technologies, processes, and business models that create value and drive growth. Her major areas of responsibility are core information technology (IT) and digital functions; cybersecurity and risk; data privacy, governance, and analytics; application portfolio management; data democratization; the digital experience; data; and artificial intelligence and machine learning. She is helping to define the five-year strategic direction for the Health System and will execute the digital and technology aspects of that strategy. She serves as a member of Mount Sinai’s Executive Leadership Team.
Lisa was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer (CIO) for Yale New Haven Health and Yale Medicine. She joined Yale New Haven in 1996 and has held a number of roles of increased responsibility, including Director of Pharmacy, Administrative Director in Clinical Informatics, and Vice President of the Epic Project, consolidating multiple electronic medical record and revenue cycle platforms. Before becoming CIO, she was Associate Chief Information Officer, leading integration of Information Technology Services staff across the Yale New Haven system and Yale Medicine. She has also led consolidation of multiple technology platforms in enterprise resource planning, bed management, radiology information, infection control, laboratory information, and blood bank; spearheaded the pilot and launch of the InSight Tele-ICU platform; and launched several innovation partnerships with technology and applications vendors.
Lisa graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy with a master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (FASHP) and is the inaugural Chair of the ASHP Section of Digital and Telehealth Providers. Lisa is an active lecturer, commentator, and speaker on health care IT and digital health. She has presented at national and regional conferences on AI in Healthcare at The Equity Collaborative in Nashville, Tennessee, the LRV Health Innovation Summit in Boston, and the Carol Emmott Foundation in Baltimore.
Dr. Robbie Freeman

Robbie Freeman, DNP, RN, is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Mount Sinai Health System, where he leads enterprise-wide strategies to integrate digital products, artificial intelligence, and informatics into clinical operations. His work focuses on improving outcomes for patients, empowering care teams, and enhancing the digital experience for employees across the health system.
A recognized innovator in healthcare, Robbie was named to Healthcare Innovation magazine’s “40 Under 40” list for his contributions to advancing digital health. He holds a DNP from Yale University, where his scholary work focused on using digital solutions to reduce health disparities and expand access to care. He also earned a Master’s degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and is a proud graduate of the Mount Sinai Phillips School of Nursing, where he now serves on the Board of Trustees.
